No Forced Union Membership or Dues for Politics: It's a Human Right - The European Experience

Unionized Europeans cannot be required to obtain and maintain union membership in order to get or keep a job. European workers who do not choose to become Members cannot be forced to pay dues for political and other purposes.

Alberta's labour leaders in wake of Supreme Court of Canada decision demand legislation to strip away rights of unionized employees as well as potentially unionized employees in favour of union power. In most other countries, the trend is to reduce the power imbalance unions have over workers.
